Café de Coral Holdings Limited has released its Annual Report 2025/26, accompanying circular, notice and proxy form for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), together with the Sustainability Report 2025/26. Both English and Chinese versions are now available on the company’s website (www.cafedecoral.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials.

The AGM will take place on Wednesday, 19 August 2026, at 2:30 p.m. in Crystal Ballroom A and B, Level B3, Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong, 50 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functioning email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid address is supplied, the company will continue to dispatch printed notifications of publication.

Shareholders preferring printed versions of future corporate communications may submit the designated request form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by email (cafedecoral.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or post (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong). Each request remains effective for one year unless earlier revoked or superseded.
