Modern Living Investments Holdings Limited will move its Hong Kong head office and principal place of business to 10/F., 9 Po Lun Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, effective Monday, 29 June 2026.

The company confirmed that its website, email, telephone and facsimile numbers will remain unchanged following the relocation.

The board currently comprises five executive directors—Ir Dr. Pang Yat Bond, Derrick JP; Mr. Pang Yat Ting, Dominic; Mr. Ho Chu Ming; Mr. Ng Fuk Wah; and Mr. Xu Jianhua, Jerry—and four independent non-executive directors: Mr. Wong Bay, Mr. Ng Kee Fat Ronny, Mr. Yu Cheeric, and Ms. Fung Nancy Ruth.

No other operational or strategic changes were disclosed in the announcement.
