ZHONGTAIFUTURES (01461) announced that Mr. Zhou Shunyuan has resigned from his position as General Manager of the company due to work adjustments. Mr. Zhou's resignation will take effect on April 10, 2026. Following his resignation as General Manager, Mr. Zhou will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, and Chairman of the relevant board committees. On April 10, 2026, the board of directors passed a resolution appointing Mr. Liu Yunzhi as the company's General Manager. Mr. Liu's appointment is effective from April 10, 2026, and will last until the formation of the fifth board of directors and the appointment of a new senior management team. Upon expiry of his term, he may be reappointed.
