Shenzhen LDROBOT Co., Ltd. announced on 8 June 2026 the adoption of a paper-less distribution model for all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

All subsequent documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be released exclusively in electronic form on the company website (www.ldrobot.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be distributed only upon specific request.

The company will not issue individual notifications when new documents are uploaded. Shareholders and investors are therefore expected to monitor the two designated websites to access both the English and Chinese versions.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard-copy materials, or who experience difficulty accessing the online versions, can complete and submit a request form to the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 1236-ecom@vistra.com. A printed-copy request remains effective until the earlier of revocation, supersession, or the end of the next financial year.
