HUAYAN ROBOTICS (01021) announced that on April 27, 2026, the company signed a tripartite memorandum of strategic cooperation with Sinotech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Lianda Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. Both Sinotech and Lianda are wholly controlled by Sinotech Technology Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange under stock code 7750.TW, which is an independent third party to HUAYAN ROBOTICS and its connected persons. The three parties have established a long-term strategic partnership based on the principle of technological complementarity and market synergy, with the shared objective of developing and applying an integrated "CNC + collaborative robot" solution. The memorandum stipulates that the parties aim to achieve the deployment of over 10,000 collaborative robots within the next three years (2026-2028), thereby promoting the application of collaborative robotics in the CNC field. This strategic collaboration will fully integrate HUAYAN ROBOTICS' expertise in collaborative robotics with the strengths of Sinotech and Lianda in CNC control systems. It is expected to jointly drive the development and market expansion of smart manufacturing and is projected to generate sales orders for more than 10,000 collaborative robot units for HUAYAN ROBOTICS in the future.
