According to an announcement by Tongguan Gold Group Limited (00340), the company has received a conversion notice from Tongfei Investment Limited for a partial exercise of a convertible bond. The principal amount converted is HK$6.6 million at a conversion price of HK$1.1 per share, resulting in the issuance of 6,000,000 new shares on 28 January 2026. The remaining outstanding principal stands at HK$26.4 million.

The newly issued shares represent approximately 0.11% of the company’s total issued shares immediately before the conversion and the same proportion after the allotment. The shares from this conversion rank pari passu with existing shares.
