Minth Group Limited (Stock Code: 425) announced on 9 February 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Minth California Inc. (MCI), has signed a Framework Agreement with Leader Harmonious Drive Systems Co., Ltd. (Leader Harmonious) to establish a joint venture in the United States focused on designing, manufacturing, and commercializing humanoid robot joint module assemblies in North America.

According to the agreement dated 6 February 2026, MCI is expected to hold a 60% equity interest in the joint venture, while Leader Harmonious will own 40%. The total initial capital contribution is anticipated at US$10 million. The joint venture will have a five-member board of directors, with three directors appointed by MCI and two by Leader Harmonious. Key management positions will be similarly structured, ensuring both parties’ participation in the general manager and core operational roles.

Minth Group Limited currently engages in research and development, production, and sales of auto parts—covering metal, trim, plastic, aluminum, and battery housing products—as well as toolings and moulds. Leader Harmonious, listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (688017.SH), is a global manufacturer specializing in precision transmission components for robots.

Through this joint effort, Minth Group Limited aims to leverage its industrial capabilities, global footprint, and operational strengths, combined with Leader Harmonious’s expertise in transmission systems, to accelerate expansion in the North American market and pursue new growth opportunities in AI robotics.
