MEGA GENOMICS (06667) announced changes to its company secretarial and representative roles, effective July 27, 2026.

Due to personal work arrangements, Mr. Wu Jiashi has resigned as (i) company secretary; (ii) authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) authorized representative for accepting service of process and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), effective July 27, 2026.

Mr. He Weile has been appointed as (i) company secretary; (ii) authorized representative; and (iii) authorized representative for accepting service of process, also effective July 27, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Jiang Jing has been designated as the primary contact person for liaison between the company and Mr. He.
