On 30 July 2026, HMVOD Limited (incorporated in the Cayman Islands, stock code 8103) informed shareholders that its 2026 Annual Report, prepared in both English and Chinese, is now available on the company website (www.hmvod.com.hk) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed corporate communications will find hard-copy reports enclosed with the notice. Investors who have not provided an email address but prefer electronic notifications going forward can complete and return the accompanying reply form via email to 8103-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk, by post, or in person to Union Registrars Limited at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.
