Saint Bella Group (02508) has announced a series of changes to its company secretariat.

Mr. Gao Zhongkun has resigned from his position as a joint company secretary. Additionally, Ms. Hu Qianru has resigned from her roles as joint company secretary, the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and the authorized representative in Hong Kong to receive legal documents and notices under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules (the Authorized Representative for Legal Process). Both resignations will take effect from June 30, 2026.

Ms. Hao Yizhe and Ms. Lin Qianxi have been appointed as joint company secretaries. Ms. Lin Qianxi will also assume the roles of authorized representative and Authorized Representative for Legal Process. All new appointments will become effective from June 30, 2026.
