All English and Chinese versions of these materials will be posted on the company’s website (www.landpage.com.cn) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing routine hard-copy distribution.

Shareholders who have not yet provided an email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. An email address will allow holders to receive prompt notifications when actionable corporate communications are published.

Until a valid email is received, the company will continue to dispatch actionable documents in printed form. Investors preferring physical copies of all corporate communications may opt in by completing the reply form or emailing 8106@landpage.com.cn; such requests remain effective for one year from receipt.

The notice, authorised by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Wang Feng, reiterates that the shift to e-delivery aligns with regulatory guidance and aims to enhance timeliness and environmental sustainability while maintaining shareholder access to information.
