CHEVALIER INT'L (00025) announced that Mr. Ma Zhirong has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the company and from all other positions in its subsidiaries, effective at the close of business on January 31, 2026. Concurrently with his resignation as executive director, Mr. Ma will also step down as a member of the company's executive committee.
