Taizhou Water Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 1542) has announced that its non-executive director, Mr. Yang Yide, passed away on October 23, 2025, due to illness. Mr. Yang, who joined the board in March 2011, was acknowledged for his valuable contributions during his tenure.
