According to data from the China Construction Machinery Association, based on statistics from major excavator manufacturers, total excavator sales reached 19,521 units in July 2026, marking a 13.9% increase year-on-year. Domestic sales accounted for 7,608 units (including 41 electric excavators), up 4.13%, while exports totaled 11,913 units (including 62 electric excavators), showing a robust 21.2% growth.

For the January to July 2026 period, cumulative excavator sales reached 171,841 units, a 24.8% increase compared to the same period last year. This includes 86,633 units sold domestically (with 227 electric models), up 18.8%, and 85,208 units exported (including 197 electric excavators), reflecting a 31.7% surge.

In the loader segment, the association reported sales of 11,774 units in July 2026, representing a 30.8% year-on-year jump. Domestic sales stood at 5,770 units (including 3,622 electric loaders), up 26.8%, while exports reached 6,004 units (including 456 electric loaders), marking a 34.9% increase.

For the first seven months of 2026, total loader sales amounted to 93,826 units, a 27.2% rise from the prior year. This includes 47,166 units sold domestically (with 27,424 electric units), up 17.4%, and 46,660 units exported (including 2,099 electric loaders), showing a 38.9% growth.
