Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd., as manager of Mapletree Industrial Trust, announced the issuance of 816,401 new units on May, 08 2026 to satisfy its base management fee for the quarter ended Mar, 31 2026.

The new units were issued at 1.9613 Singapore dollars each, a price derived from the 10-day volume-weighted average traded price up to Mar, 31 2026, translating to approximately 1.60 million Singapore dollars in total consideration.

The fee relates to 50% of the base fee for 29 data centres in the United States acquired on Jul, 22 2021 and 100% of the base fee for a data centre in Osaka, Japan acquired on Sep, 28 2023.

Following the allotment, the manager’s stake in Mapletree Industrial Trust stands at 34,468,114 units, while the total number of units in issue has increased to 2,855,003,431.
