China Health Group Limited (stock code: 673) formally announced the cancellation of 40.64 million share options on 13 February 2026. These share options were originally granted on 2 February 2026 and had not been exercised by any of the 11 grantees.

According to the announcement, the cancellation of these share options is conducted in accordance with the terms of the group’s share option scheme. As these options are regarded as utilized for the purpose of calculating the scheme mandate limit and service provider limit, the number of shares available for future grants under the scheme remains at 7.26 million and 4.79 million respectively.
