At the 2025 Huxiu F&M Innovation Festival, Wang Xiaochuan, founder of Baichuan Intelligence, stated, "When I sold my company to Tencent in 2021, I mentioned in my farewell letter that my dream was to pursue life sciences and healthcare. He elaborated, "When I founded the company in 2023, I initially aimed to focus on the medical field related to life sciences. However, investors at the time believed AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) was a better opportunity, citing unclear business models and uncertain technological prospects in healthcare. After exploring alternatives, I realized I still wanted to pursue my original vision. By last year, many industry experts had highlighted that within the next decade, we could collectively work toward curing all diseases and ensuring everyone has access to personalized medical care. This vision is now gaining consensus, and 2025 marks the beginning of this transformative era."
