This year marks the start of China's 15th Five-Year Plan period. The proposal for the 15th Five-Year Plan emphasizes "shaping new advantages for attracting foreign investment" and "improving the service and support system for foreign-invested enterprises," aiming to expand two-way investment cooperation. Huang Zhiming, Global Vice President and Greater China CEO of Cisco, stated in an interview that these measures present new development opportunities for foreign companies, including Cisco. As more multinational corporations establish regional headquarters and global service centers in China, Cisco is poised to tap into more potential business opportunities. Currently, Cisco has set up research and development centers, technology bases, supply chain centers, and global service centers in China. The company's R&D center in China is its third largest globally, after those in the United States and India.
