Legion Consortium Limited released a positive profit alert indicating an expected profit attributable to owners of approximately S$0.70 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, compared with a loss of about S$1.56 million in the same period of 2025.
Management attributes the swing back to profitability to two main factors:
1. Revenue expansion: Increased customer demand for both trucking and freight-forwarding services boosted the Group’s top line during the period. 2. Cost discipline: Professional fees declined as advisory and consultancy expenses fell versus the prior-year period.
The figures are based on the Board’s preliminary review of unaudited management accounts and may differ from the final interim results, which are scheduled for publication by the end of August 2026.
Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the Company’s shares until the definitive results are released.
