UNITY GP HLDGS (01539) announced that Mr. Wong Ho Kwan has resigned from his positions as company secretary and chief financial officer, and will also cease to serve as the company's authorized representative and process agent, effective October 10, 2025. Following his resignation from the aforementioned positions, Mr. Wong Ho Kwan will be appointed as a consultant to the company. On the same date, Mr. Leung Yik Man has been appointed as company secretary, chief financial officer, authorized representative and process agent.
