CKI HOLDINGS (01038) has announced its interim results for the 2026 financial year, reporting a revenue of HKD 19.631 billion, down 3.58% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders surged to HKD 21.252 billion, marking a 388.78% increase from the same period last year, with earnings per share reaching HKD 8.43. The company declared an interim dividend of HKD 0.75 per share.

For the six months ended June 30, 2026, the group recorded a net profit of HKD 21.252 billion, a 389% jump compared to the prior-year period. This substantial rise was primarily driven by significant gains from the sale of UK Power Networks (UKPN) and UK Rails, underscoring the value creation capability of CKI HOLDINGS and reflecting the deep value embedded in its portfolio of high-quality assets.

As of June 30, 2026, CKI HOLDINGS held a net cash position of HKD 33.9 billion, marking the strongest financial standing in its history. The group now has enhanced financial capacity to pursue investment opportunities in large, capital-intensive projects.

Over the past 30 years, CKI HOLDINGS has steadily expanded its business, starting from operations in Hong Kong and mainland China, and later extending to Australia, the United Kingdom, mainland Europe, Canada, and New Zealand.
