Manulife’s Board of Directors announced a quarterly common shareholders’ dividend of C$0.44 per share, payable on or after December 19, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 26, 2025.

Under Manulife’s dividend reinvestment and share purchase plans, common shares will be acquired on the open market for dividend reinvestment and optional cash purchases, with the purchase price based on the average actual cost and no applicable discounts.
