XIN POINT HOLD (01571) announced that effective October 15, 2025, Mr. Zhang Haofeng, one of the company's financial directors, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for the group's accounting and financial management, as well as liaising with external parties regarding financial matters. Mr. Zhang’s duties also include acquisition assessments, reviewing group performance, and managing investor relations. Following Mr. Zhang's appointment as CFO, another financial director, Mr. Li Zefu, will no longer be responsible for external liaison and investor relations related to the group's financial matters. Mr. Li will continue to oversee the group's accounting and financial management.
