According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 20, a shareholder of Conch Cement (00914) deposited shares with KGI Asia, with a deposit value of HK$2.62 billion, accounting for 8.86% of the holdings.

On January 14, Invesco Asset Management Limited increased its stake in Conch Cement (00914) by 1.9075 million shares, at a price of HK$23.0824 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$44.0297 million.

Following this acquisition, its latest shareholding amount stands at 92.746 million shares, representing a 7.13% stake.
