GPIXEL (03277) announced that the global coordinators, acting on behalf of the international underwriters, fully exercised the over-allotment option described in the prospectus on May 8, 2026. This involves a total of 9.7941 million H shares, representing approximately 15.0% of the total shares offered under the global offering prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option. The H shares to be issued as a result of the option exercise will be allotted and issued by the company at HKD 39.88 per H share. The shares from the over-allotment option will be used to facilitate the delivery of a portion of H shares to placees who have agreed to defer the delivery of the relevant H shares they subscribed for under the global offering.
