On 17 September 2026, Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited (TIANGE) reported a minor share buyback under its authorised repurchase mandate. The company acquired 10,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a unit price of HKD 0.61, for a total consideration of HKD 6,100. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock; none were cancelled.
Following the transaction, outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 10,000 to 1,105.87 million, representing a 0.0009% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 3.52 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,109.39 million.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which allows repurchases of up to 110.94 million shares. Cumulative repurchases now stand at 3.52 million shares, equivalent to 0.32% of the issued share base on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, TIANGE is barred from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 October 2026.
The board confirms that the repurchases were executed in full compliance with all applicable regulatory and listing requirements.
