SYNERTONE (ASX: 01613) has announced its full-year financial results for the period ending March 31, 2026.

The group reported revenue of HK$36.797 million, representing a decrease of 68.53% compared to the previous year.

The company's attributable loss for the year was HK$42.342 million, which is an increase of 30.33% year-on-year. The loss per share was 8.7 HK cents.

The significant decline in revenue was primarily attributed to a reduction in the scale of its smartphone distribution business during the year, a segment characterized by intense market competition and low profitability.
