AUSTAR (06118) announced that Mr. Chen Yuewu has resigned from his position as executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the Board's Risk Management Committee due to other work commitments, effective August 26, 2025. Mr. Bian Ce has been appointed as executive director and member of the Risk Management Committee, effective from the same date, to succeed Mr. Chen's positions.
