Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Limited (JNCEC) released an updated roster of its Board of Directors and corresponding committee memberships, effective 28 April 2026.

The nine-member Board comprises three executive directors—Chen Dayu (Chairman), Li Minghui (General Manager) and Zhang Wei; three non-executive directors—Zhou Jianyu, Guo Yao and Wang Jing; and three independent non-executive directors—Zhao Jie, Wang Hongxin and Qin Haiyan. In addition, Hu Zhiying serves as an independent non-executive director.

Committee leadership and participation are as follows:

• Audit Committee: chaired by Zhou Jianyu, with Guo Yao, Wang Jing, Zhao Jie, Wang Hongxin and Qin Haiyan as members. • Remuneration and Nomination Committee: chaired by Zhao Jie, joined by Li Minghui, Zhang Wei, Wang Hongxin and Hu Zhiying. • Strategy and ESG Committee: chaired by Chen Dayu, with Li Minghui, Zhang Wei and Hu Zhiying serving as members. • Legal and Compliance Management Committee: chaired by Hu Zhiying, with Li Minghui, Zhang Wei, Guo Yao and Wang Jing as members.

The disclosure clarifies governance responsibilities across oversight, remuneration, strategy, ESG, and compliance functions, reinforcing JNCEC’s corporate governance framework.
