MODERN INNO DT (02322) announced that Mr. Choi Bun Lap has tendered his resignation from his positions as the company's joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's Securities Listing Rules, and authorized representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Law). His resignation will take effect on January 31, 2026.

Following Mr. Choi's resignation, the company's other incumbent joint company secretary, Mr. Chow Kin Cheong, will continue in his role and will serve as the company's sole company secretary.

Subsequent to Mr. Choi's departure, Mr. Chow Kin Cheong has been appointed by the Board of Directors as the company's authorized representative under both Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). This appointment is also effective from January 31, 2026.
