ESR-REIT said on Aug, 4 2026 that it has received the Temporary Occupation Permit for its Asset Enhancement Initiative at 29 Tai Seng Street in Singapore and signed a roughly 10-year lease with PSB Academy, bringing the property to 100% occupancy ahead of schedule. The agreement includes annual rental escalations, and rental contribution is expected to begin in 3Q 2026.

The upgraded building has achieved BCA Green Mark GoldPLUS (Provisional) certification, underscoring its improved sustainability features.

PSB Academy has also committed to two floors at 16 Tai Seng Street under a similar 10-year lease, lifting that asset’s occupancy from about 53% to 68%. Both Tai Seng properties provide modern industrial space designed for expansion within the cluster.

ESR-REIT’s portfolio stood at 62 properties across Singapore, Australia and Japan with total assets of approximately 5.6 billion Singapore dollars as at Jun, 30 2026.
