Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. has updated its cash dividend announcement, confirming a final ordinary distribution of RMB 8.867 for every 10 shares in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The revision primarily adjusts the expected payment date to 21 August 2026.

Shareholders will vote on the payout at the annual general meeting scheduled for 24 June 2026. Following approval, the dividend will be settled in Hong Kong dollars; the applicable exchange rate and resulting HKD amount will be disclosed closer to the record date.

Key administrative dates for the Hong Kong share register—including the ex-dividend date, record date, book-closure period and deadline for share transfers—remain to be announced.

The board stated that should the company’s total share capital change before the registration date, the overall cash distribution will stay constant, with the per-share amount adjusted proportionally.

Haier Smart Home’s board currently comprises Executive Directors Li Huagang and Kevin Nolan; Non-executive Directors Gong Wei, Yu Hon To David, Chien Da-Chun and Li Shaohua; Independent Non-executive Directors Wong Hak Kun, Li Shipeng, Wu Qi and Wang Hua; and Employee Representative Director Sun Danfeng.
