Leju Robotics' IPO Application Accepted on ChiNext, Aiming to Raise RMB 2.6 Billion

On May 19, the initial public offering application of Leju Robotics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Leju Robotics) has been accepted on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board. Orient Securities Company Limited serves as the sponsor, with plans to raise RMB 2.6 billion. According to the prospectus, Leju Robotics is a globally leading embodied AI technology enterprise engaged in the research, development, and production of humanoid robots, focusing on full-stack technology R&D covering "brain-cerebellum-body," whole-machine manufacturing and sales, and application solution provision. The company has mastered core technologies in the humanoid robot field, including whole-body motion control algorithms, high-performance integrated joint design, and embodied AI-related technologies. Its main business involves the R&D, production, and sales of humanoid robots. The company's primary products are humanoid robots, currently covering full-size, medium, and small-sized series, mainly including the Kuafu (Kuavo) series, Luban (Roban) series, and Aelos series. In addition to humanoid robots, the company also offers other smart products for programming education and medical services. The Kuafu (Kuavo) series is a key R&D product and the company's core strategic product in the exploration of artificial intelligence and embodied AI, currently applied in multiple scenarios such as scientific research and education, commercial services, data collection, and industrial manufacturing. The Luban (Roban) series is a key medium and small-sized humanoid robot R&D and teaching platform, a major product launched by the company for the field of AI and embodied AI scientific research and education, currently achieving large-scale application in scientific research development, practical training education, and other educational scenarios. The Aelos series is a small-sized humanoid robot introduced by the company for the popularization of basic AI education, serving as the foundational product for building a full-academic-stage AI education product series, already covering AI programming education needs across different levels from primary school, middle school, vocational schools, to universities. Among other smart products, Cube and Pando are intelligent products launched by the company for children's AI enlightenment education, together with the Roban series and Aelos series, forming a complete梯队 of the company's AI education products to meet the full-academic-stage AI teaching needs. Fluo is a product the company is exploring for application in medical scenarios. After deducting issuance expenses, the funds raised from this offering will be invested in the following projects: Financially, in 2023, 2024, and 2025, Leju Robotics' operating revenues were approximately RMB 53.9883 million, RMB 55.5003 million, and RMB 258 million, respectively; during the same periods, net profits were approximately RMB -41.1161 million, RMB -60.1287 million, and RMB -71.2458 million, respectively.
