Emperor Entertainment Hotel Limited expects to narrow its net loss to not more than HK$80 million for the six months ended 30 September 2025, compared to HK$226 million in the same period of 2024. The anticipated improvement is primarily attributed to a decrease in fair value loss on investment properties, which is expected to be not more than HK$70 million for the period, compared to HK$264 million last year.
According to the announcement, the fair value loss is a non-cash item and does not directly affect the Group’s cash flow. The interim results have not yet been finalized and are scheduled for publication in late November 2025.
