TONGDA HONG TAI (02363) announced that its auditor, D & PARTNERS CPA LIMITED (D&P), has resigned, effective December 11, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Prism Hong Kong Limited as the new auditor, effective from December 11, 2025, to fill the interim vacancy left by D&P.
