JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177) announced on December 10, 2025, that it has signed a capital increase agreement with Longtan Bridge Company and its shareholders. According to the agreement, Longtan Bridge Company will increase its registered capital by RMB 4.516 billion to fund the construction of the Nanjing Metropolitan Ring Expressway project, spanning from Provincial Highway 338 to the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway, with a total investment not exceeding RMB 9.033 billion.

JIANGSU EXPRESS will contribute RMB 3.27 billion in self-owned or compliant funds to Longtan Bridge Company, while its shareholder Nanjing Highway will invest RMB 1.247 billion. The remaining RMB 4.516 billion in construction costs will be raised through bank loans or other financing methods.

Following this capital injection, JIANGSU EXPRESS's stake in Longtan Bridge Company will rise from approximately 57.33% to about 63.80%.
