The former Party Committee member and Vice President of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., Shi Shunhua, is currently under investigation for suspected serious disciplinary and legal violations.

According to the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and National Supervisory Commission stationed at China Merchants Group, as well as the Fujian Provincial Supervisory Commission, Shi Shunhua is undergoing disciplinary review by the aforementioned inspection group and supervisory investigation by the Fujian Provincial Commission.
