Luyuan Group Holding completes HK$4.67 million on-market buyback, trims free float by 0.09%

Luyuan Group Holding (Cayman) Limited disclosed that it repurchased 370,000 ordinary shares on 30 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$12.44 to HK$12.80 each, for an aggregate consideration of HK$4.67 million.

Following the purchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 409.21 million from 409.58 million, representing a 0.09% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 17.46 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 426.67 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 17 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 41.02 million shares. To date, 0.96 million shares have been repurchased under this mandate, equivalent to 0.23% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate’s approval date. A moratorium is now in place, restricting any new share issuance or treasury share disposal until 30 July 2026.

The board confirmed that the transaction complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
