LK TECH (00558) has announced its financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.

The group recorded revenue of HK$5.609 billion, representing a decrease of 3.7% compared to the previous year.

Net profit was HK$49.52 million, marking a significant decline of 87.7% year-on-year.

Profit attributable to owners of the company amounted to HK$37.855 million, which is 89.19% lower than the prior year.

Basic earnings per share were 2.8 HK cents.

The company's board has proposed a final dividend payment of 3 HK cents per share.
