DIRECTEL (08337) announced that, effective from November 28, 2025, Mr. Chen Xuedao has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to his intention to dedicate more time to retirement. Mr. Feng Weiheng has been appointed as the new independent non-executive director.

Additionally, Mr. Chen Xuedao will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee. Mr. Feng Weiheng has been appointed as a member of these committees.
