Xu Jieyun has been reappointed as the head of Xiaomi Group's public relations department, succeeding Wang Hua, who has been transferred to lead the comprehensive management department at Xiaomi’s Wuhan regional headquarters.

Xu previously held the role of Xiaomi’s PR head and currently serves as a special assistant to Chairman Lei Jun and deputy general manager of the strategic marketing department. His reappointment marks a dual role, reporting to Xu Fei, Xiaomi’s vice president, CMO, and head of strategic marketing, while retaining his existing responsibilities.

Wang Hua will now oversee operations at Xiaomi’s Wuhan headquarters, reporting to regional head Wang Fei.

This leadership reshuffle underscores Xiaomi’s strategic adjustments in its management and public relations framework.
