China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited (Datang Renewable; HKEX: 01798) will distribute the 2026 interest payment for its third tranche of 2025 mid-term notes on 9 July 2026. The payment covers the accrual period from 9 July 2025 to 8 July 2026 and carries a fixed annual coupon of 2.01%.

The notes, officially titled “25 Datang Xinneng MTN003” and registered under code 102582791, were issued in a principal amount of RMB1.00 billion. Interest will be remitted through Interbank Market Clearing House Co., Ltd. to the bank accounts designated by noteholders. If the scheduled payment date falls on a statutory Mainland China holiday, settlement will occur on the next business day.

Datang Renewable reminds investors to ensure that any changes to remittance details are communicated promptly to the custodian to avoid payment delays. CSC Financial Co., Ltd. acted as lead underwriter, while Interbank Market Clearing House Co., Ltd. serves as custodian.
