Hanfort Development Holdings Limited (formerly known as Sino Golf Holdings Limited) has completed its name change, with effect from 16 January 2026. The company’s Chinese name has also been changed from「順龍控股有限公司」to「漢成發展控股有限公司」. According to official documentation, the new name was recorded on 20 January 2026 by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.

Following the name change, the stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be updated from “SINO GOLF HOLD” to “HANFORT DEV H” in English and “順龍控股” to “漢成發展控股” in Chinese. This change takes effect from 9:00 a.m. on 11 February 2026, while the stock code remains “00361”.

The company’s website address will become “www.hanfort.com”, reflecting the rebranding. Existing share certificates bearing the previous name remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery purposes, and their holders retain the same rights. No free exchange of old certificates for those in the new name is planned. The changes are not expected to affect business operations or financial standing.
