First REIT Issues 465,478 New Units To Settle Divestment Fee

First Real Estate Investment Trust announced that it has issued 465,478 new units on Jan, 23 2026 to its manager, First REIT Management Limited, as payment of the divestment fee linked to the sale of Imperial Aryaduta Hotel & Country Club.

The units were issued at S$0.2783 each, amounting to about 0.13 million Singapore dollars, which represents 0.5% of the agreed property value of the asset divested.

After the transaction, the manager’s holding increased to 231,654,222 units, or 10.97% of First REIT’s total 2,111,434,940 units in issue.

The underlying divestment was announced on Oct, 17 2025 and completed on Dec, 4 2025.
