Raymond Industrial Limited announced on 24 April 2026 that the following shareholder documents are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX (www.hkexnews.hk) and company (www.raymondfinance.com) websites:

• 2025 Annual Report • Circular dated 24 April 2026 covering:  – General mandate to issue new shares  – Re-election of retiring directors  – Proposed amendments to the existing Articles of Association and adoption of new Articles  – Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) • AGM Notice • Proxy Form

In line with the paperless listing regime (HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A) effective since 31 December 2023 and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Raymond Industrial will distribute all future corporate communications electronically.

Key arrangements: 1. Shareholders are asked to provide a functional email address via the enclosed reply form or QR code to receive electronic notifications and actionable corporate communications. 2. If no signed reply form or written objection is received by 22 May 2026, the shareholder will be deemed to have consented to electronic delivery and will receive email or postal notices only. 3. Shareholders preferring hard copies may request printed communications free of charge; such requests remain valid for one year from receipt.
