China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (06881) announced the completion of the issuance of its 2025 twenty-fifth tranche of short-term commercial paper on 21 October 2025. The issuance, authorized in accordance with a resolution passed at the first extraordinary general meeting of 2025 on 17 February 2025, falls under the Board’s authority to issue debt financing instruments with a total size not exceeding 350% of the latest audited net assets.
