TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BHD (TOPGLOV) said on Jun, 10 2026 that Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) bought 3.3119 million ordinary shares in an open-market transaction on Jun, 09 2026.

Following the acquisition, KWAP holds 442.7033 million shares directly (5.521%) and is deemed interested in a further 79.6533 million shares (0.993%), bringing its total interest in TOP GLOVE to 522.3566 million shares.

The purchase was executed by KWAP’s fund manager and disclosed under Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016.
