Recently, PACIFIC LEGEND issued an announcement stating that all conditions precedent under the placement agreement had been fulfilled. The placement was completed on December 19, 2025, with the placing agent successfully allocating a total of 98.52 million placement shares to no fewer than six placees. This allocation was made pursuant to the general mandate and the terms of the placement agreement, at a placement price of HK$0.118 per share.
