On February 14, the Administrative Penalty Decision Information Disclosure Form of the Yuncheng Branch of the People's Bank of China showed that Shanxi Xiaxian Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. was given a warning and fined 310,600 yuan for the following violations: 1. Providing false statistical reports or concealing important facts; 2. Failing to submit account opening, modification, and cancellation information to the People's Bank of China within the required timeframe or failing to submit it at all; 3. Issuing damaged or soiled renminbi; 4. Failing to confiscate counterfeit currency in accordance with regulations; 5. Failing to fulfill cybersecurity protection obligations as required; 6. Failing to conduct customer due diligence as stipulated.

The penalty was imposed by the Yuncheng Branch of the People's Bank of China on February 6, 2026, and will be publicly disclosed for a period of three years.
