Mapletree Logistics Trust issues 8.99 million new units to settle management fees

Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust, announced on May, 15 2026 that it has issued 8.99 million new units at 1.176 Singapore dollars per unit to satisfy part of its base fee, property management fee and lease management fee for the period from Jan, 1 2026 to Mar, 31 2026.

The issuance comprises 7.85 million units for the base fee and 1.14 million units for the property and lease management fees. All the new units were allotted to Mulberry Pte. Ltd., which now holds 916.67 million units, while the manager holds 6.29 million units.

Following the allotment, the total number of units in issue stands at 5.12 billion.
